Cultural Russia Tour
(Moscow 5 nights and Saint Petersburg 4 Nights)

Moscow and Saint Petersburg have both served as the capital of Russia at different times. These two beautiful and cosmopolitan cities should now be regarded as required destinations for any well-traveled person. In this trip you will have the opportunity to see both of them from an insider’s perspective. Our tours are absolutely unique and are only for small groups of discerning travelers who wish to have a genuine Russian experience. Upon your arrival in Moscow, you will be chauffeured from the airport to your luxurious accommodations at the elegant 5-Star Hotel National in the very center of the city. There you will spend 5 days exploring the city and seeing highlights such as Red Square, the Kremlin and its museums, Moscow’s world-famous Metro, Arbat Street, the religious architecture of Novodevichiy Convert and its fantastic and historical cemetery and much more. At night, we will show the glamorous and sophisticated side of this rollicking city. We will take you to a performance at the fabulous Bolshoi Theatre and you will dine at the best restaurants and see the trendiest bars and cafes in the city. At the conclusion of the Moscow portion of your journey, you will be taken to one of Moscow’s train stations to catch the train for Saint Petersburg. This takes approximately 6 hours and will allow you to mingle with Russians and see something of the Russian countryside from the train. Upon your arrival in Saint Petersburg you will be met at the train station by one of our representatives and taken to the Grand Europe Hotel. This posh 5- Star Hotel is located in the very center of the city, within walking distance of the Hermitage, Russia Museum, Church of the Savior on the Spilt Blood and many other attractions. It is also only steps from Nevsky Prospekt, the main commercial artery of the city. While in Saint Petersburg, we will show you all of the great attractions of this graceful city that you have the time for. In the evenings, you will have an opportunity to dine in the best restaurants and to see something of the exciting bars and clubs. Also, we will take you to a performance at the Mariinskiy Theatre. Saint Petersburg is a very beautiful city and it has a completely different ambiance than does Moscow. We are sure that you will be as excited and entranced by this city as we are!

Cultural Russia Prices

Single Occupancy Supplement is to be added to the per person cost. For instance, if your group consists of 1 couple and 1single the price would be $9,000 (2 x $4,500) for the couple and $8,500 ($4,500 + $4,000) for the single. If your group is 2 couples and 1 single the price would be $8,500 for each couple and $8,000 for the single.

Deposit:

A 25% down payment is required to initiate booking, included in this will be a nonrefundable deposit of $500 per room. The deposit shall increase by $500 for each room that is booked with your group. The balance is due after confirmation of your booking and not less than 14 calendar days before arrival date.

Cancellations:

Any cancellation received before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (U.S.) two calendar days before the date of arrival in Moscow will result in a refund of the purchase price less the $500 nonrefundable deposit. For any cancellation received after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time two calendar days before arrival (and through arrival date), an additional fee of $500 will be subtracted from any refund, (a total of $1,000 per room booked subtracted from the refund). After arrival date there will be no refund due to cancellation.

Cultural Russia Trip includes the following:

Champagne greeting at the airport in Moscow.

Limousine service to the Hotel.

5 nights accommodation at a 5- Star Hotel in a Standard Room in Moscow (in almost all cases this will be the Hotel National).

5 Days breakfast at the Hotel in Moscow.

Personal Concierge Services 16 hours a day (including guide and interpreter services) in Moscow.

Car and driver service 16 hours a day (for larger groups this may be a van).

Ticket to Bolshoi Theatre (or other venue if scheduling does not permit).

Transfer to the train station in Moscow for your train to Saint Petersburg.

1st Class train ticket from Moscow to Saint Petersburg.

Transfer from the train station in Saint Petersburg to your hotel.

4 Nights accommodation in a 5-Star Hotel in Saint Petersburg (in almost all cases this will be the Grand Hotel Europe) in a Classic Standard Room

Excursion to Peterhof.

Car (or van for larger groups) and driver 16 hours a day.
